				<title>How do we heal.

The best stories are the ones full of love or pain, because we can identify with Love and pain, we find it easy to relate to the stories.

So if you want to understand the struggles then try to recognise the pain. Pain which has continually Intensified through six maybe seven generations all suffering suppression.

How can you heal This broken nation!

With positive change!

A change that makes a difference long-term, A permanent Change!

Everything broken can heal.

With a willingness to understand the anger, pain and fears we carry is where to start.

To listen and to have the intention to make a change is where you should begin.

The pain Black people carry is real enough and telling the story is part of the therapy. Recognition and acknowledgement is also a part, So Let us tell our stories, expressed in our own words not a regurgitation of somebody else’s book or theory.

Don’t let the pain linger continually, festering, Piling pain on top of pain which will at some point, become an explosion of emotions. which could manifest in different ways. For some who find it difficult to cope, they could depression, anger, frustration could self harm or even
Contemplate suicide.

We Black people have become a resilient nation, head strong and determined to succeed. but still finding no let up in a world where the game of life is survival of the fittest.

It has been said that Black people are naturally the fittest.
I myself believe this to be true, Black people have been used for decades of medical psychological economical experiments and we are still standing but I am not referring to strength. But the disproportion of the balance of power and Money

In the area.’s the workplace, In Education. even in the health care Day upon day, year upon year.

When we as black peoples assert ourselves in our frustration
It is interpreted as violence and aggression,

Start to make a change by listening and understanding and acting in a positive way to every man we are all equal.</title>
