Let me add to the narrative, not in away too take away from Spike’s depiction or the sacrifice our soldiers made during that conflict. The Vietnam prostitutes reality was off. Almost all where considered traitors and treated horribly after the war. If they had children from the American GI’s their children , and the Mothers where sometimes killed or brutally assaulted. The US runs a non-profit organization that finds displaced Amerasians as a result of the mixed kids who survived after the conflict and try’s to unite them with there fathers here in the US.
