What about the lynching of Leo Frank. His lynching was based on a Negro's sworn statement. Because Frank was Jewish he was horribly lynched. Georgia , in the early 1900's, was a bad situation for all. And Leo Frank, who was accused of murdering a 13 year old white girl, paid the ultimate price.
