      Coronavirus
Corona use to be quite a delightful fizzy drink when I was a child . Now corona is a virus. It is probably the most destructive virus ever recorded . It is set on a path of distraction taking down any one in its path with mild, Severe symptoms or in some cases death.

      It does not discriminate.

Now we’re on lockdown in the homes with the hope that it may pass us by.

At present we are in a three week stay confined to our humble abodes lockdown.
      STAY AT HOME 🏠

Most of us will continue with our work from home.
You could say 😮 !!!! for some, it’s a nightmare being confined for long periods but we must give thanks 🙏🏼 and spear of thought for the Doctors , Nurses that put them selves on the front Line fighting to save live’s

This is a time when we should lay down the Ghosts of the pass and find the goodness in our hearts to reach out to friends and neighbours that may need your help.

Help could be doing someone’s shopping, getting medication or just a friendly chat, make regular calls or video calls to check on someone. Spear a thought for someone in the supermarket 🤔 do you really need two! You could leave one for someone else😃

      Wellbeing

This is Midweek of week one ☝️
      More weeks to go.

Get up, get wash 🧽 and dress everyday have your breakfast as if you were going to work.

Have your lunch at the same time as if you were at work.
Take regular breaks from your monitor. Don’t watch the news all day long, there is no good news Just sadness but do not be dismissive.

It’s a good time to learn something new.
Help the kids with homework. If you don’t understand there work learn, Start an online course.
Bake cakes 🍰 take up yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️.
If your fit and well you may want to become an NHS volunteer.

      I am a person of faith .
I will continue to read my Bible as I would normally through out the week and Sunday’s as I would at church.

Prayers may or may not change the outcome or give you a cure but faith will give you hope and Strength in times of Despair and will give you a sense of peace.
      God be with us all

Keep your distances and stay safe.
