The KKK was very present in Canada, especially in Saskatchewan.
They attempted to lynch a Cherokee man I think because they thought he was Black.

The face you make when realize that slavery was abolished in the British empire 33 years before canada was established as a country. Given these facts it would be legally impossible to have owned a slave in all Canadian history!
